Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF (ICYF-ERC) commemorates the victims of Khojaly Genocide on the 28th Anniversary of this inhuman and brutal crime perpetrated against humanity.
ICYF-ERC commiserates strongly with the brotherly people of Azerbaijan over this pain and commits itself to the goals and objectives of Justice for Khojaly Campaign to raise awareness internationally on 613 Azerbaijanis, among them 63 children, 106 women and 70 elderly barbarically slaughtered in the night of 26 February 1992 by Armenian armed forces in the town of Khojaly.
Commemorating the Khojaly martyrs with deep respect and sorrow, ICYF-ERC shares its condolences with the people and Government of Azerbaijan and adheres to the call of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan: Justice will Triumph!
