On 17 October, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan took part in a trip to Fuzuli to commemorate Fuzuli City Day. Special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh economic region, Emin Huseynov welcomed and informed the guests about the conditions and reconstruction works in Fuzuli. The guests were informed about Azerbaijani culture, historical monuments, and ancient carpets. Later, the guests visited the “Fuzuli” corner and tasted Azerbaijani national dishes. At the end of the trip, representatives paid a visit to the State School № 1 named after Mirza Ulugbey which was funded by the Government of Uzbekistan. Acting Director General of the Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF (ICYF-ERC), Mr. Vusal Gurbanov, represented ICYF-ERC during this trip.
