The representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the debris of the residential area in Ganja city, which was shelled with (SCUD) ballistic missiles on 17 October 2020 by Armenia.
Mr. Emil Etirmishli, Director of Financial and Administrative Department of the Eurasian Regional Center of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF-ERC) participated in this visit and observed the devastating results of shelling and consequent humanitarian tragedy on the ground.
The representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan were briefed by the government officials about the details of the attack against civilians, which resulted in the death of 16 civilians, including 5 kids, and injury of more than 50 civilians.
