Selet youth organization and the Board of the Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF (ICYF-ERC), in partnership with Kazan State Institute of Culture organize the International Youth Festival of Modern Muslim Culture. The festival takes place on November 24-28, 2021 in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan and is conducted in both English and Russian.
The eligible applicants are youth age 18-35 from regions of Russia and OIC countries and representative, leader of a creative team / individual author/performer in one of the areas: theater, original genre, music, choreography, fine arts, cinema.
The goal of the project is to identify and support the creativity of original authors, performers, and creative minds of the regions of Russia and the OIC countries.
