On the 30th Anniversary of this atrocious and brutal crime perpetrated against humanity, we commemorate the victims of the Khojaly Genocide.
ICYF-ERC commiserates strongly with the brotherly people of Azerbaijan over this pain and commits itself to the goals and objectives of Justice for Khojaly Campaign to raise awareness internationally on 613 innocent civilians, among them 63 children, 106 women and 70 elders barbarically slaughtered on 26 February 1992 by Armenian armed forces in the town of Khojaly.
Commemorating the Khojaly martyrs with deep respect and sorrow, ICYF-ERC shares its condolences with the people and Government of Azerbaijan.
