1. BACKGROUND
The Eurasian Regional Center of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF-ERC) is looking for Assistant to Director General to join our team!
2. OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ To act as the first contact point for all matters concerning the DG and respond to internal and external enquiries as appropriate ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions take place.
✔ To co-ordinate the diary of the Director-General ensuring that day to day priorities are met and managed effectively.
✔ To co-ordinate the preparation of briefing information for meetings including speaking notes and background materials working with External Relations and Regional Offices to collate these.
✔ To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Director-General including drafting/editing correspondence, letters, reports, agendas, meeting notes and action points, etc.
✔ To build and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff, and contacts within and outside the Federation.
✔ To assist the Office of the Director-General in internal communications.
✔ To work to in coordination with the Office Services and Administration Team, attending meetings and ensuring a flow of relevant information.

Address: Jafar Jabbarly street 609, Globus Center, 16th floor, Baku, Azerbaijan
4. ELIGIBILITY
Applicants shall meet the following criteria:
· Female
· Age between 20-35
· Living in Baku city
· Proficiency (written and spoken) of English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is a must; additional language is an asset
· Good knowledge of MS Office
