The Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Eurasian Regional Center of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum and the Youth Foundation of Turkiye jointly announce the “For a Green World” competition.
In order to strengthen international solidarity in the global fight against climate change, 2024 was declared the “Year of Solidarity for the Green World” in our country by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
In order to draw attention to environmental protection, prevention of climate change at the national, regional and global level, and to encourage the more active involvement of young people in the processes, an art competition called “For a Green World” is announced to approach the issue through the eyes of the Muslim youth of the world along with Turkish and Azerbaijani youth.
The competition jointly implemented by the Youth Fundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Eurasian Regional Center of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum and the Turkiye Youth Foundation (TUGVA) will be held on the same dates and under the same conditions for the youth of both countries.
The duration of the competition: March 1, 2024 – April 8, 2024
Announcement of competition winners: April 18, 2024
Prize: 3 winning young people from each country will be determined, and the young people will get a chance to visit another country (Azerbaijani youth to Turkiye, and Turkish youth to Azerbaijan). The winner from OIC member countries will have the chance to visit Azerbaijan.
The competition is held in 2 categories:
– On works of art made using traditional painting techniques;
– On images made using artificial intelligence tools.
Terms of participation in the competition:
- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkiye between the ages of 16 and 19 can participate in the competition, as well as citizens of other countries that are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation;
- The technique of drawing works is free (pencil, gouache, watercolor, pastel, oil paint, acrylic, etc.) and the size should be at least in A4 format;
- In the lower right corner of the drawings, the young man’s name, surname and the country he represents should be noted;
- When sending artworks, a photograph of the young person with the artwork must also be sent;
- The images must be created by the young person themselves using an artificial intelligence tool or algorithm;
- When creating images in an artificial intelligence tool, attention should be paid to their colorful form and high quality;
- Artwork or images must not have been previously displayed anywhere;
- Each young person can submit a maximum of 1 drawing or image created by artificial intelligence in one category (artwork or image created by an artificial intelligence tool);
The works submitted to the competition will be evaluated by a professional jury and the winners will be announced on the official website and social media pages of the Foundation.

مسابقة الرسم بعنوان “من أجل عالم أخضر”
يعلن صندوق شباب جمهورية أذربيجان والمركز الإقليمي الأوراسي لمنتدى شباب التعاون الإسلامي ومؤسسة الشباب التركية عن مسابقة “من أجل عالم أخضر”.
ومن أجل تعزيز التضامن الدولي في المعركة العالمية ضد تغير المناخ، تم إعلان عام 2024 “عام التضامن من أجل العالم الأخضر” في بلادنا بأمر من فخامة الرئيس إلهام علييف.
من أجل لفت الانتباه إلى حماية البيئة ومنع تغير المناخ على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي والعالمي، وتشجيع المشاركة الفعالة للشباب في هذ المجال، يتم الإعلان عن مسابقة فنية تسمى “من أجل عالم أخضر” للخوض في القضية من خلال عيون الشباب المسلم في العالم إلى جانب الشباب التركي والأذربيجاني.
ستقام المسابقة التي ينفذها بشكل مشترك صندوق شباب جمهورية أذربيجان والمركز الإقليمي الأوراسي لمنتدى شباب التعاون الإسلامي ومؤسسة الشباب التركي (TUGVA) في نفس التواريخ وبنفس الظروف المناسبة لشباب البلدين. .
مدة المسابقة: 1 مارس 2024 – 8 أبريل 2024
الإعلان عن الفائزين في المسابقة: 18 أبريل 2024
الجائزة: سيتم تحديد 3 شباب فائزين من كل دولة، وسيحصل الشباب على فرصة لزيارة دولة أخرى (الشباب الأذربيجاني إلى تركيا، والشباب التركي إلى أذربيجان). ستتاح للفائز من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي فرصة لزيارة أذربيجان.
ستقام المسابقة للفئتين:
- الأعمال الفنية المصنوعة باستخدام تقنيات الرسم التقليدية؛
- الصور التي تنفذ باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
شروط المشاركة في المسابقة:
- يمكن لمواطني جمهورية أذربيجان وتركيا الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16 و19 عامًا المشاركة في المسابقة، وكذلك مواطني الدول الأخرى الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي الاشتراك في المسابقة؛
- تقنية أعمال الرسم حرّة (بمعنى يمكن اختيار أي تقنية تناسب المشترك) على سبيل المثال: (قلم رصاص، غواش، ألوان مائية، باستيل، طلاء زيتي، أكريليك، إلخ) ويجب أن يكون الحجم بتنسيق A4 على الأقل؛
- في الزاوية اليمنى السفلية من الرسومات، يجب ملاحظة اسم الشاب ولقبه والدولة التي يمثلها (أذربيجان أو تركيا)؛
- عند إرسال الأعمال الفنية، يجب أيضًا إرسال صورة للشاب /الشابة مع العمل الفني؛
- يجب أن يتم إنشاء الصور بواسطة المشترك بنفسه باستخدام أداة أو خوارزمية الذكاء الاصطناعي؛
- عند إنشاء الصور بأداة الذكاء الاصطناعي، يجب الانتباه إلى شكلها الملون وجودتها العالية؛
- يجب ألا يكون العمل الفني أو الصور المشاركة قد تم عرضهم مسبقًا في أي مكان؛
- يمكن لكل شاب تقديم رسم أو صورة واحدة كحد أقصى تم إنشاؤها بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي في فئة واحدة (عمل فني أو صورة تم إنشاؤها بواسطة أداة الذكاء الاصطناعي).
سيتم تقييم الأعمال المقدمة للمسابقة من قبل لجنة تحكيم محترفة وسيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين على الموقع الرسمي وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي للمؤسسة.
