The correct answer to the question is:
«The noblewoman asked in the question is Govhar Agha (1790 – 1888), daughter of Azerbaijani Khan of Karabakh (Ibrahim Khalil Khan). According to the tradition, at that time, Azerbaijani noblewomen were legating their properties and funds for the charity activities and construction/reconstruction of the religious facilities. Upon the instruction of Govhar Agha, construction of the two mosques founded by her father in the upper and the lower sections of Shusha was completed. Those two mosques in the city of Shusha were named respectively, “Yukhari (Upper) Govhar Agha” and “Ashaghi (Lower) Govhar Agha”. The historical mosques were dilapidated during the Armenian occupation of Shusha (1992 – 2020) and until the liberation of the city on 8 November 2020 Azerbaijanis had no access to these historical-religious sites.»
