The 5th Kazan – OIC Youth Enterprenurship Forum co-organized by Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan kicked off in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan (RF) on 21 April 2019.

The Forum which is being held in the framework of the annual Russia – Islamic World: Kazan Summit was opened with participation of Ms. Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Mr. Timur Suleymanov, Deputy Minister of Youth of Tatarstan, Mr. Anton Grachev, CEO of the Kazan IT-Park and on behalf of ICYF-ERC Mr. Anar Yusufzada, ICYEN Project Director.

35 start-up teams selected among the hundreds of applicants from the different Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries are invited to the Forum to get necessary mentorship during the 5-day educational sessions and to showcase their start-ups at the special Investment Session on the final day of the 11th International Economic Summit Russia – Islamic World (KazanSummit 2019), on 25 April 2019, in presence of H.E. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and many high-level dignitaries, including investors attending the KazanSummit 2019.
