The Acting Director General of ICYF-ERC Mr. Vusal Gurbanov, together with the representatives of the diplomatic corps in Baku, commemorated the victims of the January 20, 1990 with the visit to the Alley of Martyrs. We mourn today with the nation and government of brotherly Azerbaijan.
