The ICYF-ERC Acting Director General Mr. Vusal Gurbanov met with H.E. Mr. Nasser Abdul Kareem A. Raheem, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Azerbaijan, on 7 December 2021.
During the meeting held in the Embassy of State of Palestine in Baku, the parties exchanged views on a wide-range of issues pertaining youth development and discussed the existing opportunities and future prospects aimed to enlarge the participation of youth both, on international and national levels, including in the brotherly Palestine.
Mr. Vusal Gurbanov briefed H.E. Ambassador Nasser Abdul Kareem A. Raheem on the activities of ICYF, in particular its Eurasian Regional Center (ICYF-ERC) aimed at enhancing cooperation and solidarity among the youth of the OIC Member States.
Mr. Gurbanov also presented a book “Contributions of the Eurasian Nations to the Islamic Culture”, which is the result of research conducted by ICYF-ERC, to His Excellency Ambassador.
