Arts Council Azerbaijan hosted the video presentation titled “Slavic Beauty” inspired by Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi’s “Seven Beauties” poem.
The representatives of ICYF-ERC, Ms. Aydan Baghirli and Mr. Said Omanov participated in the event and congratulated Mr. Dadash Mamedov, Head of the Arts Council Azerbaijan, with the successful release of the new project dedicated to the “Year of Nizami”. Also, some of the guests had prepared to read lines from the ghazals of the ingenious poet.
It should be noted that, with the support of ICYF-ERC, the photographs of “Seven Beauties” project by Arts Council Azerbaijan were displayed in the photo exhibition of “Nizami Ganjavi 880” event held in Jakarta, Indonesia and Lahore, Pakistan.
