On 2 July 2021, Mr. Elmaddin Mehdiyev, Director General of Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF participated in the conference “The Role of Youth Organizations in Establishing Security and Peace in The Region” organized by the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The conference organized in partnership with French-Azerbaijan University was held in UFAZ with the participation of Mr. Aydin Mirzazada, Member of Parliament of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Leyla Abdullayeva, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elmaddin Mehdiyev, Director General of ICYF-ERC and Mr. Ali Hajizada, Political Analyst.
In his speech delivered at the conference, Mr. Elmaddin Mehdiyev talked about the Role of ICYF and its Eurasian Regional Center in promoting peace and security issues at the international level. He also mentioned the importance of international youth activities implemented by ICYF and Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF with a view of serving the development of friendship and solidarity as well as the betterment of cooperation among the youth of the OIC member states and in the world at large.
