ICYF-ERC’s Chair of the Board, Mr. Elchin Asgarov, Acting Director-General, Mr. Vusal Gurbanov participated in the conference themed “Embracing Diversity: Tackling Islamophobia in 2024”.
The conference, dedicated to the International Day to Combat Islamophobia, was co-organized by the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre, Azerbaijan’s Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR), the G20 Interfaith Dialogue Forum, and the Baku Initiative Group.
The conference brought together representatives from 30 countries, including scholars, experts from international organizations, religious figures, as well as members of non-governmental organizations.
