As part of the visit to the city of Agdam, the representatives of “Khojaly: Recognize to Reconcile” International Coalition met with Mr. Bashir Hajiyev, the deputy special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Karabakh.
Mr. Hajiyev informed the visitors about reconstruction of the city destroyed by Armenians. By 2026, 34,500 families will be ready to be resettled back under the state program.
