On 3 December 2024, the official opening ceremony of the “Shusha – OIC Youth Capital” was held in Shusha, Azerbaijan. The opening ceremony included speeches by Mr. Ramil Jabbarov, Head of the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry of Youth and Sports; Ms.Tuğba Ceren Çerçi, Director of the Projects Department at ICYF; and Ms. Ulviyya Zeynalova, a representative of the Ministry of Culture. The event proceeded with dynamic sessions and workshops organized under the “Shusha Creative Workshop” initiative, culminating in the launch of the “Shusha Creativity Marathon”.
