On December 4, 2024, the Closing Ceremony of Shusha OIC Youth Capital 2024 was successfully concluded.

At the Closing Ceremony, officials highlighted the importance of the OIC Youth Capital initiative, as well as the role of Shusha as the host city for the project this year, and other key topics. Among the speakers, the Director-General of ICYF-ERC, Mr. Rafig Ismayilov, emphasized the active role played by the Regional Center in this process, in close partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It is worth mentioning that prior to the Closing Ceremony, at the “Forum of Youth Organizations from OIC Countries,” the Deputy Director-General of ICYF-ERC, Mr. Ramin Habibzadeh, shared his insights and experiences with the forum participants.

A notable highlight of the event was the symbolic handover of the Key to the City of Marrakech, Kingdom of Morocco, as the next OIC Youth Capital for 2025. This transition signifies the continued effort to empower youth and celebrate their spirit in the coming year.
