On November 6th, Mr. Vusal Gurbanov, the Acting Director General of ICYF-ERC, received Mr. Asker Shaikidiniov, the Head of the Youth Policy Department at the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, during his official visit to Azerbaijan. Mr. Vusal Gurbanov warmly welcomed Mr. Asker Shaikidinov at the Center’s headquarters in Baku and provided an overview of the Regional Center’s primary initiatives and ongoing activities. Mr. Gurbanov emphasized the Center’s commitment to enhancing relationships among the youth of OIC member states, with a particular focus on mandate countries. In response, Mr. Shaikidinov expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, fruitful discussions and marked the importance of the Model OIC project and International Debate Championships for the Youth of both countries.
Mr. Ali Abdullazada, the Acting Head of DVC, was present throughout the meeting and provided his insights to enhance the partnership.
During the meeting, the parties explored potential opportunities for collaboration between the Center and the relevant parties.
Both sides engaged in productive dialogue and look forward to fostering meaningful partnerships in the future.
Additionally, Mr. Elchin Asgarov, Chair of the Board of ICYF-ERC, held a meeting with Mr. Shaikidinov, further contributing to discussions on fostering collaborative initiatives and strengthening ties between the ICYF-ERC and the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
