In the context of the “Shusha OIC Youth Capital – 2024” opening ceremony, in collaboration with our partners, the “International Leadership and Diplomacy Conference” was organized.
Mr. Elchin Asgarov, Chair of the Board of ICYF-ERC, delivered his opening remarks, highlighting the main role of young individuals in shaping global diplomatic discourse. Following the speakers’ remarks, in the first panel discussions the panelists, including Mr. Rafik Ismayilov, Director General of ICYF-ERC, Ms. Ilaha Ibrahimli, Deputy Secretary General of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC), and Mr. Qaiser Nawab, a Global Climate Youth Leader, pointed their views of the exploration of critical themes in global leadership and diplomacy.

After the panlists’ speech in both panel discussions, a question-and-answer session provided an opportunity for youth participants from diverse Islamic countries to engage with the panelists, and addressed their questions to the guests.
