Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF (ICYF-ERC) cordially congratulates the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the 29th anniversary of its establishment, by the relevant decree of National Leader Heydar Aliyev on 26 July, 1994.
