On this day, fifty-three years ago, The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the second largest inter-governmental organization after the United Nations with fifty-seven Member Countries, representing almost two billion Muslims of various ethnicities and from all continents, was established.
Thanks to the OIC’s rich experience, solidarity and cooperation between Member States that serve the Muslim Community, as well as, the humanity around the globe, by spreading the ideas of unity, peace and brotherhood of mankind.
We cordially congratulate the entire OIC family on the occasion of its 53rd anniversary and wish to the organisation all the best in the course of joint Islamic action to achieve welfare, prosperity, and social well-being for the benefit of the peoples of our Muslim Ummah.
