The International Board and whole staff of the Eurasian Regional Center of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF-ERC) cordially congratulates Mr. Elmaddin Mehdiyev, Director General of ICYF-ERC on his appointment as Director of AIDA – Azerbaijan International Development Agency.
