The International Board and whole staff of the Eurasian Regional Center of ICYF (ICYF-ERC) express their cordial congratulations to H.E. Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov on his appointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly Republic of Azerbaijan, by the relevant decree of His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, issued on 16 July 2020.
Taking this opportunity, ICYF-ERC extends its every good wish to His Excellency Minister for the successfully realization of his duties in the new position. Azerbaijan as one of the active members and contributors of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), including initiation and establishment of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), initiation and hosting of the OIC Labor Center and hosting of the ICYF-ERC plays an important role to reach the goals and mission of the OIC as the second largest intergovernmental organization after the UN. We are confident that the experience and personal skills of His Excellency Minister will serve to further development of the Azerbaijan’s cooperation with the OIC and OIC Member States as well as overall progress of the OIC as a collective voice of Muslim Ummah.
